A kind heart

I really appreciate what Outsurance is doing when robots are not functional. Whenever they are not there, we really feel the impact of a traffic jam. On the 9th November 2022 I was waiting for my transport to work around 8am. I was standing at a T-junction (cnr Quagga Rd and Rod Street. It is near Industrial area and there is a forest nearby. There were three Outsurance personnel(two males and one female) at the robot. While standing there I saw a man walking towards my direction since I was by the road. When he got closer he started shouting at me while pointing his finger. While I was still figuring out what or who he was shouting at he picked up a stone and threw it in my direction. It missed me by an inch and it would have hurt me since I was just standing there confused. When he was about to pick up the second stone, one of the males(Outsurance personnel) left his post(at the robot) and came towards me while looking at the the crazy man. When the man noticed that the Outsurance personnel stood between him and me he changed his direction. Instead of passing near me he took a detour and ended up passing behind me instead of in front of me. I turned to see what he intended to do but all he did was pass while cursing and pointing at me. After he left the Outsurance personnel went back to do his job. I never got a chance to thank him as I was so immersed in the incident. I had been trying to find a way to express my gratitude towards Outsurance and its employee online, however I always ended up where it's about quotes and all that until my sister asked if I had tried hello peter. I trust this will reach the young man with a kind heart and he will know how I appreciate what he did for me that day. I don't know what would have happened if they were not there.
