A Great insurance claim

<p>I was ******! &nbsp;They climbed through a small window &nbsp;while I was asleep (the alarm was off) and stole the cell-phone from next to my bed. &nbsp;They also stole both the computers, my wife's cell-phone and Kindle and the TV. &nbsp;We were not harmed at all and there was no damage. &nbsp;We were very very lucky.</p> <p>I phoned Outsurance and they asked me many questions telephonically, but always patient and helpful. &nbsp;They took my word for things (although they checked with others where they could, which was only fair). &nbsp;We had just moved so I could not find verification for when I purchased - it was all in boxes.</p> <p>Then they delived replacements for all the items I had lost. &nbsp;I was very happy with the replacements which were a real upgrade from what we had lost - A 43" Samsung TV to replace a 35" Samsung and an S8 Samsung to replace an S4activ and an A7 to replace an S2. &nbsp;The computers were a significent upgrade (newer and bigger RAM and HDD but same processors)</p> <p>I was very happy with the replacements, especially the TV and the S8. &nbsp;What we had was very good in it's day but electronics improves so fast that 1-2 years and the new one is very superior although costs much the same or less!</p> <p>I would recomend Outsurance strongly - I judge an insurance company on three things - price, efficiency of claim and willingness to pay out cheerfully when there is a real claim. &nbsp;Outsurance was superb on all three counts.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
