A grateful heart...

No one ever thinks that when they take out an insurance the reality of what they will be needing it for. I guess the unpleasantness of being in an accident, not to mention the inconvenience, is something no one wants to think about, let alone experience. We bought Beastie (our VW Tiquan) in 2019 and wanted the best for our pride and joy, so its no guess we went with Outsurance.

On Sunday the 29/10/2023 at 12h05, while the world celebrated the Springboks win, we were involved in a horrible car accident. We had never been in an accident before and never needed to claim for it. With Outsurance from the first call to them, they had us in the palm of their hands. A huge grateful thank you to Connie. As parents the worst experience is not being able to protect your children from getting hurt.

Connie listened attentively as I gave her every detail, not just of the accident, but my fears and trauma I dealt with. She was compassionate, empathetic and handled me with the highest level of emotional intelligence. Her responses were extremely well thought through and comforting.
