A gentleman by the name of Justin came and assessed the damage to my dad's kitchen ceiling. He was very patient, kind and professional which was an amazing experience. OUTsurance sent gentleman to repair the very next day and they did an amazing job! Everyone was so professional, fast and kind - my dad is a pensioner and panics about everything so this made his life very easy for which I am very grateful.
