A Frustrating Experience with Outsurance: Misrepresentation and Unresolved Claims

We have an insurance policy with Outsurance, and our experience has been deeply disappointing. When we needed to file a claim, we encountered numerous issues and falsehoods. Outsurance informed us that we had to pay an excess fee, which was never explained to us when we initially took out the policy. They assured us that they had a recording of us consenting to this fee.

We agreed to pay the excess to proceed with our claim but requested the recording to verify the information. It has been months, and we have yet to receive the recording. Every time we inquire, we are told that they are still waiting for the recording to be released. This is a clear misrepresentation of information and misconduct.

We are still waiting for their proof, but it feels like we are being taken for fools.
