A friendly voice and great service!!!

Naledi Phalo! I have never wanted to deal with a call centre because I wanted personal interaction with my Broker and for years chose to not change to OUTsurance for this reason. BUT today was again a confirmation that not all call centres are manned by robots! I didn't have to hold for 10 minutes while listening to vile music, I was spoken to politely and my case was dealt with efficiently and with absolute professionalism, I have to say that OUTsurance YOU DO LIVE UP TO YOUR ADVERTS! Well done, I highly recommend your STAFF (Naledi Phalo) and your brilliant service. Keep up the good work... Nicky
