A friend in a time of need

I was involved in a hit and run accident, where a taxi forced itself between my stationed vehicle and the one behind me, which led to him crashing into me. I was rattled and amazed with how poorly I was assisted by the police and was not sure what to prepare for when OUTsurance responded to me.

Adele du Toit was treated me like a friend, a sister, like someone fami**** to her. There was no distance between us, by the end of the initial call I felt like we were both seated in my living room and she was the comfort and truthful friend I needed. After that initial call, there were other communications and I felt like I had a friend to lean on, walk hand-in-hand with and gave me courage to actually report the taxi to its Association, which was very helpful and provided details we needed.
