<p>A great interaction with Ricardo who not only reduced our premiums on changing our insured vehicle but added in our MTB bikes and we still ended up with a refund coming from Outsurance. A delighful young man who happily engaged over the phone, made great suggestions, and picked up on information we were sharing to feed into an overall great experience. Will definately stay with Outsurance if only because of Ricardo. Such a change from the usual uphill call-centre type calls we usually end up having.</p>
