9 days and counting to repair damage from a burst water pipe

On 4 February, we had a burst pipe in our bathroom. We called Outsurance, who sent a plumber, the plumber then required a leak detector, on 6 February the leak detector arrived and located the leak. 8 February, the plumbers returned to repair the leak. They were supposed to arrive just after 9am, they arrived after 12. On 7 February, they completed their work and left the 2 bathrooms incomplete, since every aspect of this job requires a new assessment and go ahead from Outsurance. this is a very small job, the 2 baths need to be built in again and the damaged area needs to be retiled. I spoke to the advisor at Outsurance about this matter on 12/02 at around 12pm, he was going to get back to me. I am still waiting. 2 bathrooms incomplete, and we are not able to use either of the baths. We were without hot water in our house for 6 days before the plumber finally arrived. Poor Poor Poor service from Outsurance, who's rates go up every second. I am NOT a happy customer
