*** - Shocking service, please assist.

I am extremely disappointed in Outsurance, not a client but based off the current experience I am having I would never be one or suggest anyone to even bother.

I am part of a third party claim, a neighbour drove into my car and I am trying to claim as one should, but it is merely impossible.

The agents are terrible, they need to be trained correctly in terms of time management and professionalism over phone calls. The agent does not follow up when he promises he will, nor does he check emails and even got high rate with me over the phone unnecessarily.

If this is how business is conducted - I would run away from them. There are much better car insurers out there based off my experience. It’s shocking as Outsurance is well known and has had such a good reputation. But this is taking forever, unnecessarily.
