7 MONTHS AND NO FEEDBACK

My driver had an accident in March this year in my company vehicle. Although it was not his fault, as evidenced by the accident reports and witness statements, I was advised to let Outsurance pay for the repairs, and i must pay the excess, as this will be reclaimable from the guilty party's insurance.<br> granted the claim got paid, but Thakane Moremoholo has had the claim since them for the purpose of recouping the excess from the guilty party insurance.<br> I have had NO FEEDBACK in a very very long time from her. She does not respond to my email anymore!!<br> VERY UNHAPPY!! (CLAIM ***)
