6 weeks still no call from no one after claim was

SO its been more than 6 weeks now our geyser leaked and messed up a cupboard the ceiling and more ... 4 contractors sent out to quote and till now no one ever came back to us , roof still broken cupboard still broken and ZERO SERVICE !!! IS THIS WHAT OUTSURANCE IS ABOUT ,,,,, SCARY STUFF , thank goodness it is not something serious . i will cancel my policy as soon as the quote arrives for the new one . who knows maybe they have enough business already
