500/1500 ****

I was always curious in trying to test Outsurance on this policy to better my current premium. I finally got the time and a consultant called me up. After about 45min of back and forth questions the agent worked out a comprehensive quote for me. Needless to say it was more than what I am currently paying. The agent then said they can offer me an essential cover, which again was more than what my current comprehensive cover was. The agent then took it a bit further to bad mouth my current insurer claiming they are not as good when wanting to claim. Who does that? And why? After I then insisted they should pay me my R500 or R1500 as advertised the agent agreed and sent me the online link to proceed. I got the link and guess what.... The link does not work Lol. This is the biggest **** and false advertising. This is used to lure customers to join Outsurance, and if they can't beat your current insurer, they send you a broken link where you cannot claim the money they promised. Shame on you Outsurance! Don't fall for this **** people. It's a complete waste of time.
