500 rand??? Nope

The initial quote and follow up thereof was fantastic. I spoke to the call center representative and she was very helpful. However, the 500 rand they promised you if they cant beat your current premium seems to be a ****. I have sent three follow up mails with regards to this and have not received any correspondence. I find it very poor service and I wouldn't recommend them, if they lie about things like this. It would be nice if someone actually sent a mail in return.
