5 years with no big claims no payment!!

Good day,<br> I have been with Outsurance for the past 5 years with no big vehicle claims.<br> <br> My previous employer paid me only on the 1st of October, this caused my Outsurance payment to hop.<br> Later during the month I also had no money in my account due to the same situation by overdraft had gone further into the red.<br> <br> I was in an accident on Friday 30 October, a drunk driver drove in in front of me. I was told Outsurance can do nothing and will not pay for the claim. I have asked for a team leader to contact me to no avail I keep being told nothing can be done. However, I have been informed it has been done on exception before.<br> <br> However, I once had the same problem with Discovery due to changing jobs my premium was not paid I was informed that some claims were declined because my premium was not paid. The moment I back paid 2 MONTHS worth of premiums ALL BACK claims were paid for by Discovery. Why then is it that after 5 years of loyal service and payments can Outsurance not give the same service? I am willing to pay penalties and more than the payment that was due however I just keep being told nothing can be done.<br> <br> I have been told other insurance companies would have helped me better
