5 Years, single claim, 20% premium increase. Avoid
I have been a loyal customer of Outsurance for 5 years. I made one claim and they decided to increase my premiums by 20%. I have since decided to cancel my policies. If I was making claims every year I would understand, but honestly this is basically punishing me for using the service I pay for.
