<p>I called Outsurance and was greeted warmly by a knowledgable, competent and efficient consultant - Kathy Govender. </p> <p>Kathy Govender blew my mind today, in the best possible way :) She resolved my claim in lightning fast speed, and for that I am really very thankful. I can finally move forward from this point knowing that my problem has been resolved.</p> <p>Calling Outsurance today was not a pain, I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Kathy, she has a really positive attitude and even though there were some challenges in getting my claim resolved, she remained upbeat.
