I can honestly say Boni as I call him lives up to these values. We believe in being human while upholding honesty- Boni will put himself in your shoes and give honest feedback, you will not be in the dark about pricing and he will tell you if he was unable to beat a competitor on certain part of your insurance policy. Delivering awesome service - I sent a message for him to call me back after working hours. He promised that he would call me the next day at 8am, lo and behold he called me at exactly 8am this morning. There is nothing that puts you at ease as a client like a broker that lives up to his promise. It clearly depicts how valuable you are a client and that it's not only about wrapping up a sale but also living up to the after sales promises. Staying dynamic- Based on how well he explains the capabilities of OUTsurance, I can say that OUTsurance offers very dynamic products which cater to different needs that clients have. Being passionate about what we do - When Speaking to Boni you can tell that he is passionate about what he does. He speaks with confidence and enthusiasm and his eagerness to help tells you that he loves his job. Being in the insurance industry myself, I know how overwhelming it can get especially if you are chasing a target but you will never pick that up from him.
