5 star service! BEST EVER

<p>My friend convinced me to get covered by outsurance as she has only experienced good things with them. After her stories I decided outsurance was the way to go. I queried for cover on Wednesday night via e-mail. I wanted to ensure that I had insurance from the moment I drove my new used car to my flat in Stellenbosch. The next morning I received a call from my consultant Teegan (from Joburg). We were on the phone for over an hour as I had many questions regarding my future with outsurance, he was patient, helpful and extremely friendly and welcoming. However, the deal with the vehicle I was going to buy fell through the very same day I got cover. &nbsp;With months of searching for a car within my budget I wasn't very happy. None of the other cars I saw were suitable. On the Friday my step dad decided to get a car from home (Botswana) and decided to insure it with his insurance in Botswana so I had to cancel my outsurance cover. I just got off the phone with them and I am very happy but also disappointed. I dealt with two helpful and understanding consultants. The first counsultant Annaliese asked if I was phoning from my cellphone, after replying yes she offered to phone me back before putting me on the line with the cancellation counsultant. I am disappointed as my journey with outsurance ended before it began but in cocerns with the customer service I would recommend outsurance in a heartbeat. Although I am a waitress and a student they took me seriously which is rare in Stellenbosch. They were efficent and friendly. If I need insurance I will definitely go with outsurance.&nbsp;</p>
