5 Star Experience

I side swiped a woman's car in a parking lot while pulling out of my parking bay. It was a terrible feeling knowing I had done something wrong. My bumper pushed in her two side doors which I knew was going to cost a fair amount to repair. I also knew I have OUTsurance which while stressed about what I had done provided me with peace of mind. This happened on Saturday. I sent OUTsurance a notification via the phone app and Monday morning first thing I got a call from an OUTsurance agent who very professionally gathered the relevant information and provided me with a claim number. I was instructed to send the claim number to the claimant. It was not two days later I got a follow up call where I was informed OUTsurance would pay the claimant for the damage I did to their car. I of course lost my out bonus and so I should after what I did, but thankfully OUTsurance came through for me and for the poor woman whose car doors I wrecked. Five-star experience.
