400 rand promotion

I had phoned outsurance to get a quote on insurance for my car, they provided a quote that was higher than my current premium that is with a different service provider. <br> <br> They are currently running a promotion that if they cannot match your vehicle insurance quote they will pay you R400. <br> <br> They have phoned saying they will not be paying the R400 to me as I have household insurance with them. <br> When I asked why the person on the phone said its in their terms and conditions and just laughed at me. <br> I asked for an email explaining this to me, I am still waiting for this email. <br> I fail to see how that even makes a difference and the gentleman on the phone could not explain it to me. <br> <br> It is safe to say I will be moving my current policies that I have with them to other more honest people. This R400 promotion is just a **** to get you to quote with them. <br>
