400 promotion by outsurancE

my 400 pls! for the past few days ive been harrassed by phone calls from outsurance consultants, yesterday i finaly had to make time and do their quote and they promised me 400 if they cant beat my current insurer, i spent over an hour of my time with this and i only recieved an sms with the unique code, what on earth must i do with that unique code without the email they promised to sell : they dogy and so unreliable but still want people to join them as their insurer i can just imagine if they were my insurers and something happens to my car i would have to run after them , unfulfiling their promises . that is not how you do business!!!
