<p>I requested Outsurance for a quote on the Monday for a car insurance .They could not beat my current insurance premium</p> <p>The consultant told me that I will receive a link to upload my current insurance policy document so that they can pay me R400 for not being able to beat my current premium. And I never received the e-mail. The R400 deal is a **** .</p>
