4 months later -3rd party claim - no response!!!

One of Outsurance clients drove into me and fully accepted that he was responsible. After locking the incident I immediately started to fill out the documents they requested and all the resports. Mr Sthembiso Letsoalo is the advisor on the case. CLAIM NUMBER:***. Outsurance send me a report that the damage to my car is R7992.33 and they are willing to pay me a settle amount of R1430.43. After lots of mails, calls, ets. and money spend from my side, I've requested that Mr Letsoalo let me know how they work this amount out, if I had no fault in the accident! The email was send in April and he ignores my mails and I've not received any feedback from him ever again. I want to go to the small claims court now and send all the documents to the Outsurance office as this is needed before I can go to the small claims court, the letter was picked up by their driver, already end of May and I've still not received any confirmation from them. Worst SERVICE ever!!!! I'll NEVER join Outsurance and will tell this story to everyone!!!
