3rd party sorry né your problem

So after one of outsurance clients drove in to the back of my vehicle in a slipway while waiting for oncomming traffic. There legal department sent me to one of their assessors. Damages is above 80 000. Just recieved a letter from them stating they will pay out R34 460. And i have to scrab and sell the vehicle or repair it myself. Sumari did not want to hear anything else about what I had to say. What is the use of 3rd part insurance if there not paying almost nothing. There is no damages on their clients vehicle. So basically of your with outsurance and you cause an accident you dont need to worry. You wont pay nor will this pathetic company called outsurance. So just a warning to other people who's vehicle is wrecked by one of this insurance companys clients. Sorry né its your problem
