3rd Party Settlement Offer Incorrect

Good day<br> <br> On the 16th of June, I was involved in a car accident. The driver responsible for the accident is an Outsurance client, and I am attempting to claim through them. My claim number is ***. The claim was processed in the past few weeks. According to the assessment done by Outsurance, the damage to my car will cost R8092.68 to fix. When they made the settlement offer, they stipulated that they would only pay R1899.84. That is only 23.47 percent of the amount it will take to fix my car.<br> <br> According to their calculations, they've also subtracted the damages to the other vehicle. BUT, there were no damages to the other vehicle, and I have the pictures to prove it! I find it unaccepted that the driver at fault, through Outsurance, is only paying 23.47% of the claim, meaning that I would have to basically fix my car by myself, despite not being at fault. I would like an explanation on how these calculations were made, and proof of the damages to the other vehicle, since they pictures I have clearly show very minimal damage, if any. Thanks.
