3rd party liability cover is a ****

A reckless driver insured with Miway crashed into my car at corner Empire and Jan smuts then outsurance is asking me to prove my version of events. There’s cameras in that intersection. Only an insurance company can contact Vumacam directly with all the details. Vumacam cannot supply footage to the public as this is in contravention of POPIA. OUTsurance is saying they cannot uplift the footage on my behalf since it’s a 3rd party claim. This is absolute nonsense. These insurance companies always lure customers that there’s up *** 3rd party cover knowing exactly that they will send people from pillar to post and refute liability. This is ridiculous!
