3rd party issues
On 17 Jan 15 an Outsurance client drove into my bakkie from behind. It was towed in and is standing at panelbeater ever since. The accident was caused by their client so that is why I put in a 3rd party claim.I provided them with all the documentation they require. I'm self employed and this bakkie is being used to do my work so since 17/01/15 I've been struggling without a bakkie.Every day Outsurance has another story:last week I heard from the panel beater that the assessor haven't been there yet.Outsurance claim they instructed him on 12/02 already but he only pitched up yesterday 23/02 after I had to phone again. Now I'm told they're waiting for his report and it will take 5 days and if approved it will take another 5 to 10 days. This issue is now hanging for more than a month while I'm sitting without a bakkie to do my work. In the meantime storage is being charged and Outsurance say they're not paying it but they are dragging the issue out by their inability to do their work and assisting people.
The accident wasn't my fault but I'm the one sitting without a vehicle and a storage bill and Outsurance just have a story for each day.
The claim number is: ***
