3rd party issues

This is the 2de time Im logging a complain on Hello Peter.Outsurance finally got back to me and said that they're only paying R44 000.00 out but the quote from the panelbeater say R114 000.00(chassis bended in 2 places/tow bar & bumper need to be replaced/loading area folded up)The storage alone is already R23 000.00.When I phoned Outsurance they claimed the panelbeater has agreed to fix the bakkie for R44 000.00.Yesterday I went to the panelbeater and asked them if they can relook at the quote and asked why they agreed to Outsurance payout-1st the panelbeater already said that is the damage to the bakkie and 2de Outsurance never even contacted them. So besides that Outsurance client was at fault for the accident-now they try to fix my Nissan Navara in a backyard fashion and **** to me.It's not my faulty that their client is a risk factor as 3 months before this accident they also wrote of his 1st jeep and now they wrote the 2de Jeep off with which he drove into me.This is a 3rd party claim as their client was in total fault & I'm going to social media with this as well as Outsurance is now victimising me due to their clients recklessness.
