3rd Party insurance claim a joke

So I am an outsurance client but not the motor insurance side. I lodged a 3rd Party claim and Outsurance Legal Department rejects it because there client rejected it and claimed that I had a door open(which is not totally true). He knocks into my vehicle which is stationary and I am to blame because there client says no to the claim. I am also with Outsurance with contents cover and life policy but because I dont have motor insurance with you anymore I am deemed as not being an Outsurance client and its a waste as your legal department basis its decision on photos of my vehicle and your client lying to you stating its not his fault. So no investigation will happen and your client is telling the truth so having a client and premiums paid trumps the truth. I lodged a case with the police about the incident but you dont need case numbers which is sad as I did this but your client didnt bother but he is ethical in his claim. Need to leave Outsurance because I dont have rights eventhough I am an Outsurance client and I am deemed to be lying. Dont do a 3rd Party claim because you will already be judged as you dont pay Outsurance premiums and they one that pays is always right. No investigation. No questions asked. Claim number: ********** 63(Your client is sorted and I have damages). Its been a nightmare as I cant escalate it as Your legal said client has rejected and thats that. If you to blame for an accident go with Outsurance as 3rd Party has no due process to get to the truth with motor claims.

Dear Clint,

We note your disappointment and escalated the matter. Corrie has since been in contact and discussed the detail.

There are currently 2 versions of how the incident happened. Corrie worked through the claim and explained we are not going to change the outcome. If there is anything else you are welcome to contact him directly.

Kind regards,

Alet

Hi it is ok as the premiums(your client) decided the claim and proper investigation was non existent. I have accepted your response as there is nothing else that I can do about it with my damage now my problem and I cancelled all my Outsurance policies. Dont want to be associated with your company.
