OUTsurance client hit my parked car
I am writing this review as I’ve been going back an forth with OUTsurance, regarding my car, they client hit my car, I was told to make a quotation with the panelbeaters where the had referred me i did just that. I was then told by OUTsurance that the panelbeaters had over charged, they said they will only pay certain amount of money to get my car fixed. When i asked the lady who is going to pay the rest the lady then told me to go get my car fixed. This has been going on for 4 months now, I need my car to be fix as it’s my only means of transportation.

we had originally estimated.
