3RD PARTY COVER

I AM absolutely livid that today after having had an accident yeasterday i am told that the damages to my car will not be covered because i chose a 3rd party claim....i did even know what the meaning of that was till today. I have been under the happy impression that i am fully covered so can someone tell me why i would cover my yaris for 3rd party????? I am not crazy and would not call you and say, 'hook me up with third party cover\\ <br> <br> i want my car fixed
