3rd party claims

I have been bumped by Outsurance client and i reported the case at the police station. I then called the Outsurance legal department which requested the claim number. I called their client who bumped me to give me the claim number and he did. Legal requested the claim number, case number, photos of the car and a quote from a panel beater and which i did. its been 6 weeks now. every time i call Justin from legal who is handling my matter always say she will call me back and she doesn't. on Tuesday 13 Feb, i called she told me she has received everything from their assessors they just struggling to get hold of the their client to get their side of the story. I gave her the number that i have been calling their client on. She promised to get back to and she dint. On Friday 16 Feb i called again she told me she will check with her manager on what to do since she is struggling to get hold of their client. she will call me back the same day afternoon she didn't again. I called on Monday 19 Feb she is now telling she is waiting for their assessor to come back to them. I find this disrespectful and time consuming i am did not bump anyone you client did and on top of the Justin always says she will call me back and she never will and her stories are the same all the time. i feel been **** to every time i call and i use my airtime which is an inconvenience and a waste of money. Its also inconveniencing my family to drive around with the car with the boot that is not opening due to this incident. Please resolve this soonest to i can have my car fixed.
