3rd party claims

I am enfuriated by the way we have been treated by Outsurance as a 3rd party claim, you would think they would try to encourage our business not chase us, after it was their client who drove into our stationery vehicle, yet we are treated like the *********, despite U.S. Having done everything and more that they have requested. We have spent over R800 in phone calls because they do not follow up 3rd party claims, so it's our duty to call them, yet their client drove into us!<br> <br> We have been calling continuously for over 3 months and driving a damaged car since November 2014. Every time we call the person concerned is busy on a call, and never returns my call. <br> <br> What kind of service do they offer, or should I say they offer no service at all, yet rest assured, if I owed them money, I would already be summoned to court. They are a disgrace to the insurance industry and will never get my business, nor any of my friends and family.<br> <br> Totally infuriated and disheartened.<br> <br> Regards<br> Rene Cullum
