3rd party claim SCANDAL

Hi my name is Dirk Reinecke and I have just had my first dealing with outsurance anyone can imagine. Then you think Outsurance you think these people are the best money can buy when it comes to insurance, I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life. I put in a 3rd party claim as I was in an accident with one of their clients. After I submitted all the necessary paperwork and waited a week Anina Williams was assigned to my case Claim ***. After a week she said they were going to pick up my car for accesment. After another week of them having my car Anina phoned me and said. OUTSURANCE does not care what the police report says, or if I had a witness in my car. They will not pay out as the lady which I had the accident with could not recall the night. OUTSURANCE does not care about facts or police reports or witnesses. I am truly shocked that the company that is supposed to help you get more out, just does not care.
