3rd Party claim rejected
There was an incident and I claimed 3rd party from the OUTsurance client, mind you, I am also an OUTsurance client, they called me to say the client rejected my 3rd party claim which I am not happy about cause it leaves me with all the admin to now get my vehicle seen to and OUTsurance is not going to fight for me either, would need to consider changing my insurance once if ever, my vehicle gets seen to by the person responsible.

Our legal manager, Isabel, contacted you to address your concerns and she discussed the merits of the 3rd party claim in detail. The 3rd party (also insured with us), is a vehicle rental company and the incident driver that rented the vehicle is disputing liability. Due to there being a 3rd party dispute, Isabel discussed the relevant options available to you and she has also emailed the information to you. Please advise Isabel if you would like to proceed in claiming from your own policy.
