3rd party claim regrets

I was requested to submit all the evidence to filing a claim against an outsurance client who had failed to yield sign and crashed into my car when i had the right of way. Photos of the intersection were sent by me and the damages to the car which in relation to the accident report show that the client had hit my car on the side making it clear that I was already in the intersection. The response from outsurance was simply based on their client's defense that he could not clearly see the road markings, yet in the photos of the scene that is not the case.

It is appalling to be treated with such petty professionalism, the lack of attention to factual and logical evidence just so that your client is protected is prejudice. Your clients ignorance to the road marking is supported by your claims manager and the blame is deflected to the municipality even when photos show the markings ( photos sent). Beyond that the collision itself shows that your client crashed into the side of my vehicle which is shown in the photos as my car has no frontal damage. So what your company has advised is for me to take the matter up with the municipality, is this concluding that your client is innocent and that the municipality is at fault in the accident? It seems like the claim is being treated without proper assessment none whatsoever. I have yet again submitted photos and the accident report stating you clients excuse of being obscured by the sun which supports that he was unable to pay attention to the vehicle crossing beyond the yield road marking.
