3rd party claim Hilux

3rd party claim . It was not our fault and claimed against the lady who reversed into our 2 doors. 2 kwotes that state replace rear back door. However you still want them to repair the damage on back door. You did not want me to work with the R14470.45 kwote that inclides a new door. And instruct me to throw away that kwote. We are only going to work with the other company. And theire kwote was R19 368.76. So now we worke with them. They were not able to repair back door. And you still want them to fix it or usa a cheep 2nd part.

We are 11 years with your company and would like to know how are we suppose to trust you wit a 3rd party claim if wr are infolved. We only claimed once for a windchield in 11 years.

We also want to know who will be laiable for the extra amount it toock to fix our Hilix since you instruct us to work with a specific company. Even we know before hand that they are more expencife.???
