Their client made a U turn on one way road and crashed my car which is wrong according to the rules of the road. They declined my claim saying their client was correct to make a U turn, very poor insurance company they don't know the law.

Claim No ***. I feel people working on my claim are bias and ignoring facts of the accident, they decide to not read the police report on this claim. Can someone read the police report and make a decision on my claim
