3d party claim

claim numer : ********** 35 after i had an accident with an ousurance client i had to claim for a 3de party claim to cover my damage to my vehcile after so the called me and desided that i was the one that bumped the client this after the client admitted he drove offer a red light and also admitted guilte to metro and outsurance they decided not to cover my claim as i was the quiltey party according to them after the client admitted he was wrong as the statement also from the client's dad admitting he did wrong i will spread the word as i know alot of clients and if this is how they treat inosent client im very glad to be takeing this to the ombidsman :)
