37% increase (because we claimed)!!!!
What a rip-off!! After having been a client of Outsurance for +-3 years now and having paid them just over R100 000,00 in premiums, we were hit with a 37% increase!!
Disgusting and ********* behaviour!
Now taking our business elsewhere.

Following our previous response to your review, we were notified of your unhappiness about several aspects.
Our client care manager, Nasar Abrahams sent you an email in which he rep**** to your concerns about us attempting to have called you to discuss your annual rerate. Nasar also apologised for the miscommunication about the notice of the cancellation, which will be looked into and discussed internally..
Added to this, it is unfortunate that our previous communication was not sent to both email addresses we had noted as well as disappointing outcome of your rerate.
