31.55% INCREASE IN MONTHLY PREMIUM

Good day.<br> <br> First of all I would like to thank Jabon for his service and I understand that he is only giving me feedback as per the normal guideline given by the company as to what he can do and can't do.<br> <br> My monthly installment for my 2011 Ford Figo went up from R 670.70 per month to R 882.34. This is an 31.55 % increase. As it is the R 670.70 is unaffordable. The countries annual inflation rate overall is 4.6%. I understand there are costs for the services you provide however a 31.55% increase is ridiculous. I am aware I claimed and this would affect the overall rate. I am sure you have different increases for different members and I am sure you can be a little more flexible with the rate you are charging me.<br> <br> Why have insurance if you get penalised for claiming? Its not like one intends to have an accident. Its an accident for a reason.<br> <br> Hoping that I receive positive feedback and you are not as inflexable as you are coming across.<br> <br> I am available between now and 2pm or after 5pm.
