3 weeks to fix my car

<p>My wife had an accident with her car and we were told to take our car to Ross Champion,We were told that it would be ready on the 10/02/17 as we had dropped it off on the 02/02/17.Today i am told that it will take another week,Firstly there was no panelbeating on the car just parts that needed replacing,I called in twice to Ross Champion and spoke to Desh of which she has not called me back,This is shocking,I must say that the after service from outsurance is worse than i expected, My car should of been given to a more proffessional company that could of had it done sooner not a company that does 1000s of cars and takes forever.....Im really disgusted. You might loose all your policies with me,car,house and life cover as i am not impressed</p>
