3 weeks later, still no feedback WORST SERVICE

On Sunday,14 June 2015 we woke up finding that the pipe in our kitchen wall has burst.Our kitchen was renovated last year.We immediately tried to establish where the leak was coming from, but could not find it.There was water coming through the tiles,cupboards and water bubbles on the counters,ceiling damages.We phoned Help@Out but was told that they cannot assist us as it is not a \\life threatening situation\-ridiculous but Help@Out advertises on radio and tv - this is however not the case.We were told that we need to source and pay our own plumber.We found a plumber that was willing to work on a sunday\""
