3 weeks for 1 claim

I'm very disappointed with the service of the OUTsurance contractors - 1st Supra Construction who took over a week to fix my leak, 1st the plumber told me its a easy fix and he will have a look and tell me how much a washer is and fix it, i said No. When the claim was submitted couple days later I paid (24/03) they came through late and told me that the washer was not approved by the insurance and i will have to give him 1600 to by the washer, after fighting with the lady at Supra the washer was approved at 17.30 that day, according to the guy at outsurance, Supra did not add the washer to the quote. Finally my bathroom was fixed (27/03), after a lot of back and forth. 3 weeks later i'm still waiting for the cupboards (The cupboard guys (corn africa) came 24/03 for a assessment) and tiles (Who came on Saturday 12/04) who said they cant work on the kitchen as the cupboards has to be done 1st. 3 weeks later and all i have is a repaired tap with a whole in the wall and nothing else. This has really been a nightmare.
