3 team managers and a operations manager.

I bought a house last year, and while waiting for the transfer to take place the geyser gave in. The previous owner replaced the geyser and put in a claim for the ceiling to fixed. The problem is i have now taken ownership of the house. I should have moved into the house last week but couldnt because the destroyed ceiling was holding my contractors back from finishing my floors. I called the call centre and asked what will be happening because I will be losing money paying my bond and rent if i dont get this sorted soon. the advisor told me that the claim was received and pre approved for R15000. I then got a quote from my contractor which was R22800. I told outsurance that i am willing to pay in the difference because i wanted my contractor to do the work. They said they needed to send out one of their own contractors to evaluate the damage. He apparently sent a quote for R9432.65. When i asked for the quote to be sent to me it seemed as if the quote was tampered with. The figures on the quote did not add up. I asked if it was process to checked the quote before sending it off 3 managers said yes, yet im sitting with what looks like a ********** quote!
