3-days after the break-in

Our outside flat was broken into on Sunday night, 08 November 2020. A window was broken and the sliding door, leading into the flat, was taken off its hinge leaving the place fully accessible and open to the elements. We reported the incident on Monday morning at 06:15am. To this day, Wednesday 11 November 2020 at 10: 41am, the assessor has not been out to inspect the damage which means none of the required repair work has been done. Even SAPS has had a better turn-around time than Outsurance!!!

To say your service has been disappointing is an understatement.
