27 DAYS!!! Waiting for payment

I canceled my policy on 7 Aug because I was doubled insured. Carly Sass told me Outsurance will pay me back within 48 hours for the period that I was doubled insured and pay me back the rest of my month's premiums.<br> It has been 27 days and Carly wont respond on my calls or emails.
