25% Premium Increase *******

Like others on here I am astounded by a premium increase of 25% for 2023 on a small house that I own in South Africa. I have never made a claim and in fact they recently gave me an OutBonus of R911.76 to reflect this. This is deceptive as they will recoup this money with increases like these and the new increase for 2024 will have an inflated baseline. So if 2024 has an increase of inflation+single digit% looks reasonable it is again deceptive because of the huge increase in the baseline in 2023. Maybe this is their model. I have tried reaching Outsurance but to no avail as I am abroad but will be trying to get quotes from other insurers. Does anyone have an email for the relevant department.
