20a with Outsurance - and still the same amazing service

Being with Outsurance for the last 20 years so let me explain the truth about dealing with Outsurance with a short story and my 2025 latest experience: When I joined Outsurance, I was a young man (with hair) that had a terrible experience with my previous insurer. Let me just say they had a A and a G in their company name and could not pay out a silly R200 or R500 claim at the time. I'm sure you know all the tricks in the book on excuses why not to help. So I joined Outsurance.

I have no family or friends that works (or worked) at Outsurance, nor have I ever worked there. To be honest I dont even know where their offices are, I assume in Pretoria because they contact me on a '012' number. What I do know is customer services as I have been managing this in my corporate environment for just over 25 years.

Shortly after joining Outsurance 20 years ago, I had a terrible hijacking incident which left me for dead (fortunately I survived) - Outsurance was there for me and my family, replaced my vehicle and ****** goods. NO questions asked.

A few years later I moved to Joburg, and my house got flooded (with a newly born baby in the house). Again Outsurance came to my rescue, no questions asked.

I had another 3 or 4 incidents related to theft since then (just part of living in this country), and in each occasion Outsurance came to my rescue, no questions asked.

I just had another issue in Nov 25 related to surges that damaged my appliances. Yes you guessed it, I turned to Outsurance again. Just as expected, they came to my rescue, no questions asked.

Thus I am a Outsurance client for 20 years, and I will remain a Outsurance customer for the next 20 years. My latest dealings with Natalie Hendricks (I hope she wont be angry that I post this) was world class. Not African world class, the real world class that go past our domestic borders. If I could, I would employ her in my business today.

If you want real bang for your buck, and a real honest company that is world class, then Outsurance is the way to go. The day you need them, they will be there for you too. Stop wasting your time trying to save R100 with another company that will leave you stranded when it really matters..... like claims time.
